* The patient portal provides access to 218+ test and lab results. If a specific test or result isn't viewable, please contact your primary care provider. Allow 72 hours for results to be viewable in your account. All results will be available after they have been analyzed by the lab.

How do I get Access?

  • Request a PIN from your ProMedica Physician's office and provide them with your email address. This can be done in person or over the phone. Also, you may email support at: Please include your full name and date of birth with all requests.
  • Check your inbox for an email containing your PIN.
  • Follow the instructions in the email to complete enrollment and log in to the portal.
